Why should we remove warn/ban?: So for context, as an SU I was in a van caught by NPU and I was getting kicked out so I thought it was ok to do /me uses cyanide but it turns out that it was not allowed. I think the ban should be removed because I wasn't aware of it not being allowed and no one told me until about 30minutes-1 hour later. I think I should've been given a warning first but thats just me. .

I was the NPU in question. I DMed an admin right away but it took a while for someone to take the sit. I know you messed up pretty bad some other way within an hour of this same incident but I didn't have proof so you only got punished for this one. Tbh I don't think this should be removed. You're an SU, you need to take a little bit more responsibility with this class
I don't know why Aithead would say shit like that, feels like he's trying to start something. But that wasn't the reason of the ban regardless. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse, that being said the last time someone was wild enough to do a cyanide pill was, to my knowledge, years ago. All I'll do is post a screenshot of Joe saying it is indeed LTAP. So long as this doesn't happen again I don't see why people would care if you were unbanned.
This should also answer Sigma's question, he didn't necessarily have to leave the game.
I would argue thats FailRP not LTARP, hes not leaving the game to avoid roleplay (leaving in cuffs would be an example obviously) which constitutes a completely different punishment but if Joe said it I can't really argue with that
Maybe there's a piece of this that I'm missing but I haven't seen anyone say that this guy directly left the game to avoid being captured or whatever

Historically killing yourself to evade an RP situation has fallen under LTARP but this kinda thing hasn't come up in forever and under the current MOTD in this situation it pretty cleanly falls under FailRP, that's my bad.
