Since the removal of /ooc people who want to talk about shit other than CvR cannot, an OOC area should be setup on each map so that way people can go there and just talk about life and other games and shit, people with toxic outlooks wouldnt even go there as they would rather keep playing but like, I want SOMEWAY to have human interaction with both sides, and before you say go onto civvie, how the hell you supposed to do that if you get arrested or told to go away for being at the borders of the bases cause theres like, no OOC to say thats what ur here for.

add civilian/anarch only OOC so people will have reason to play those classes and do rp

added back OOC, gonna have staff work on rules to bar complaints, arguments, and other forms of rabblerousing from in-game entirely

If a teacher tells a students parents he is saying bad words in class and he should be punished for it but the parents get home and do nothing so the kid continues to use bad lanuage at school. Do you blame the kid or the parents for not doing their job.
